The company was created by a group of cloud computing experts in 2010, who previously built industry leading Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) cloud computing technologies and services including the Savvis Symphony Virtual Private Data Center (VPDC) cloud service, the Sun cloud (Qlayer), as well as managed service provider infrastructures for Equinix and cloud storage at Amplidata.
